As a part of our continuous growth in Bangladesh, we invite dynamic, self-motivated and high caliber individual for the position of Management Trainee (MT) for Supply Chain & Finance and Accounts department.

Management Trainee (MT)

The Management Trainee (MT) is one of group’s key programs to equip our future leaders to succeed in the increasingly competitive business environment and to ensure that we attain best leadership in the industry. The BEOL Management Trainee is a long term capacity development program relating the organizational goal. Participants are under taken for 12 months’ rigorous training process, during various stints they are exposed to every function of the organization under structured time scheduled.

Position Requirements:

Management Trainee (MT)-Supply Chain/Finance:

  • The candidates must have BBA/MBA/Masters in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Supply Chain from any recognized local/foreign university/institution (UGC Approved).
  • Minimum CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 but no third division or equivalent CGPA at any level acceptable.
  • Sound Knowledge on MS Office, MS Excel, MS Power Point Presentation.
  • Maximum age limit 30 years.
