BRAC is looking for suitable candidate for the following contractual position for its Communicable Disease Programme which formerly known as Tuberculosis Control Programme

Senior Manager, Operations

The purpose of this position is to coordinate across the programme focusing all component of TB control, staff capacity development through supervision, mentoring and training analysis with programme performance and recommendation for further improvement.

Major job responsibilities are:
– Develop project proposal/ concept note independently along with other documents (budget, result framework, work plan etc.)
– Coordinate with government, partner NGOs and technical partners for smooth implementation of the programme
– Provide technical support to public-private mixed activities. TB-HIV coinfection laboratories, drug resistance TB and take measures for capacity building of the programme staff

Academic Qualification : MBBS with MPH from any recognised medical institutions

Required Experience : Minimum 7 years’ experience in the field of public health
