ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
1 Applicant is ahead of his/her beta (center) family as per NADRA record.
2 Applicant is a permanent inhabitant of Punjab as per his/her CNIC.
3 Applicant is the sole owner & proprietor of a parcel of land measuring 5 Marla or less in urban areas & land up to 10 Marla in country areas anywhere in Punjab, on the date of online application submission, where he/she intends to build his/her house.
4 Applicant should not have an illegal record such as being convicted for anti-state, anti-social activities & heinous crimes, etc.
5 Applicant should not be a loan defaulter of any monetary institution/ bank etc.
6 Applicant is listed with National Socio-Economic Registry (NSER) in a domestic having a PMT score of 60 or less.
