Fields of Work: Applied physics, mathematics, IT, engineering (mechanical, civil, electrical, & electronics), instrumentation for particle physics, materials-science, radiation-protection, safety, environmental-protection, science-communication, & much more.
Program Perks:
- Contract-Association: Initially for 6-months, renewable up to 3-years.
- Allowance: A monthly stipend of 3868 Swiss-Francs (net of tax).

Eligibility-Requirements:
- Nationality: Must be a national of a CERN Member or Assistant Member State.
- Doctoral Programme: You should be enrolled in or about to start a doctoral program at a university.
- Thesis Work: Your work at CERN must be part of the thesis obligatory for your PhD.
- Language Proficiency: A good knowledge of English or French languages.
